Strawberry Moon

A glowing candle, crystals, and a feather on a stone altar with smoke swirling under a full moon in a dark forest. Mysterious and serene.

Ah, the full moon.

Sitting here in my new home,

birds singing outside, the sun setting,

the green of the trees all around.

Slowing down.

Stopping.

Feeling the burgeoning moon, ready to rise,

and everything feels so full.

Tears of joy, gratitude, and goodbyes.

Heart swelling, open.

Stillness, peace inside.

I hear the voices—

calling for more,

brighter,

bigger.

Fix.

Sort.

Shape.

And right now, just stopping.

Letting the clamour fade.

Letting the breath come back.

Sitting in the quiet.

Lighting a candle.

Resting at my altar.

Holding a crystal.

Breath of silence.

Sinking into this stillness—

I wonder

how to stand here,

where the sun sets and the moon rises,

where what is known meets the mystery.

How to let what wants to be born

rise naturally from the quiet within.

To trust that what is needed will come—

the healing, the offering,

the service—

arising from this tender listening.

To be here, heart open,

breathing in the moonlight,

breathing out prayers.

Under this Strawberry Moon,

may we trust the quiet ripening within us,

the gentle threshold we have crossed—

like a birth, like a new chapter.

May the moon’s soft light guide us

into the mystery of what is to come,

and may our prayers be seeds of blessing

for all that is ready to be born.

Oh, this Strawberry Moon.

And...

In this quiet, I also feel the call to invite you to gather in spaces where the mystery can be held tenderly together.

🌿 Family Constellations Workshop – July

For those ready to listen for the voices of the ancestors, to dance with the threads of belonging, and to feel the prayers of your lineage whispering through you.

🌕✨ Womb Surround Workshop – August

A sacred space for those who long to explore the deep imprints of their earliest experiences—woven with breath, presence, and the gentle unravelling of what wants to be seen. It is a container for healing, for returning to the pulse of life itself, held in the warmth of community and the mystery of the unseen.

If this prayer, this moonlight, this threshold speaks to your heart, I invite you to join me.

May we gather in these sacred circles,

where stillness and movement meet,

where what is known meets the mystery—

and together,

we remember the medicine of being

fully here,

fully alive,

fully held.

Oh Fayenen, I so love your poetry!

The Strawberry Moon one made me aware of creating that ‘still space’ for myself, in order to feel and be.

Thank you! 🙏 💜✨
