The Commitment: A Container for Change
Deep somatic and relational healing is a process of repatterning, not a "quick fix." To ensure the work has the space to truly take root, I ask for an initial commitment of 3 to 6 months (typically 12 sessions, held weekly or fortnightly).
Our work lives in the hour we spend together, but I also hold the thread between sessions. Should you need to share a brief reflection or touch in about a challenge as it arises, you are welcome to reach out via message - keeping our connection alive as your integration unfolds.
A Regenerative Exchange
I operate within a 'Honey-Bee' ecosystem. In a hive, resources are shared so that every bee - at every stage of life - can thrive. I invite you to choose the tier that honestly reflects your current 'season' of abundance.

The Forager Rate (Legacy): £150 per session
For those currently experiencing a season of abundance. Like the Forager bees who fly further to bring nectar back to the colony, your contribution helps sustain the subsidised fund and ensures this work remains accessible to all.

The Worker Rate (Standard): £75 per session
The sustainable, steady rate for those with a stable income. This keeps the 'daily rhythm' of the hive healthy and ensures the work continues to grow.

The Nurse Bee Rate (Subsidised): £60 per session
For those currently in a season of transition, healing, or financial restrictedness. Just as the hive supports the nurse bees while they tend to the young and the vulnerable, this rate is here to support you until you are ready to fly far again.
