The Commitment: A Container for Change
Deep somatic and relational healing is a process of repatterning, not a "quick fix." To ensure the work has the space to truly take root, I ask for an initial commitment of 3 to 6 months (typically 12 sessions, held weekly or fortnightly).
Our work lives in the hour we spend together, but I also hold the thread between sessions. Should you need to share a brief reflection or touch in about a challenge as it arises, you are welcome to reach out via message - keeping our connection alive as your integration unfolds.
A Regenerative Exchange
I work within what I like to think of as a ‘honey-bee ecosystem.’ In a hive, resources are shared so that every bee, at every stage of life, can thrive. I invite you to choose the tier that honestly reflects your current season of abundance and capacity.

The Pay-It-Forward Rate: £150 per session
For those currently in a season of abundance who wish to support the work being accessible to others. Your contribution helps sustain the subsidised fund and keeps the hive healthy for everyone.

The Standard Rate: £85 per session
The sustainable, steady rate for those with a stable income. This keeps the daily rhythm of the hive strong and ensures the work continues to grow.

The Supported Rate: £65 per session For those in a season of transition, healing, or financial constraint. Just as the hive supports nurse bees caring for the young and the vulnerable, this rate is here to support you until you are ready to fully fly again.
You are invited to choose the rate that feels truthful for your season, and know that whichever you choose, you are welcomed fully into this work.
