Collective Presence

The path of return is not one we have to walk alone.

There is something that becomes possible when we gather with others - when we are witnessed, when we witness, when we can bring our whole selves into the circle and discover that we are not as alone as we sometimes imagine.

My group work takes many forms. Some are deep journeys into the earliest layers of our experience; some mark significant thresholds in our lives; others are simply opportunities to gather, breathe, sing, share and remember the joy of being together.

Different circles, different rhythms - but beneath them all is the same invitation: to belong, to be seen, and to find your own rhythm within the whole.

Womb Surrounds: The Origin Work

Awakening to the health and wholeness possible within ourselves and our family systems.

Some of our earliest imprints are formed before we have words. Our journey from conception and life in the womb, through the intensity of birth and into the tender first months of bonding, can leave a quiet but profound imprint on how we meet the world. These early experiences can shape how we respond to stress, how we love, and how safe we feel taking up space.

A Womb Surround is a small, intimate sanctuary where we can slow down and meet these earliest imprints with care. We listen for what happened, what was needed, and what may not have been possible at the time, while also staying connected to the Original Blueprint of Health - the wholeness we came into life with. As the unmet places are welcomed and met, there is space for that original health to emerge and become more fully felt.

Please see the Upcoming Workshops section for current dates and detailed information. If you feel a call to this work, I invite you to contact me to explore whether this container is right for you.

Passages: The Threshold Work

A year of gathering, remembering and inhabiting your own becoming.

There are times in our lives when something is changing, asking us to pause and listen differently. Midlife and menopause can be such a threshold - a time when old ways of being may no longer fit, and something deeper is asking to be heard.

Passages is a year of gathering for women in midlife and menopause. We meet month by month, following the rhythms of the seasons and the unfolding of our own lives. There is space to listen inwardly, to be witnessed by other women, to explore what is changing, and to stay close to the wisdom that is emerging.

This isn't a journey towards becoming someone new. It is an invitation to come home to more of who you already are - to gather the threads of your life, honour what has been, and make space for what is becoming.

Held within a small circle, we share the journey with curiosity, tenderness and honesty. There is no rush to arrive anywhere. We simply keep returning, month after month, to the hearth and to ourselves.

Passages is a small, closed gathering, beginning each autumn. If you feel drawn to explore whether this circle is right for you, please get in touch.

The Community Hearth: Seasonal & Rhythmic Circles

Finding our rhythm in the pulse of the seasons.

Alongside the deeper immersions, there are also spaces for the simple nourishment of gathering together. Seasonal retreats, Bhajan song circles, Dark Moon gatherings and other offerings arise throughout the year - creating opportunities to step out of the rush of daily life, listen inwardly, share in good company and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.

These gatherings are held as an intimate extension of my work, and are generally offered to people within my existing community or by invitation. I share invitations through personal connection and with those who have already found their way into these circles.

If something here speaks to you, you are very welcome to get in touch. I’m always happy to connect and, where it feels like the right fit, extend an invitation.
