My Returning to Centre
My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.

My Story
Hello and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
My path has always been one of transformation and deep listening - midwifing change, truth and belonging in others, and in myself.
I was born in Africa, into a land of rhythm and wildness. From an early age, I found myself drawn to what others overlooked... to the quiet child in the corner, to the tender truth beneath the noise. I stood with the unseen and invited compassion into hard places, longing for a world where every being felt the sacredness of their existence.
Even then, something in me knew: becoming is holy work.
And yet, there came a time when I lost hope.
I longed to vanish into the mountains, to be held only by stone and sky. Healing felt a lifetime away. But life, in her wisdom, had other plans.
It was during a 12-day retreat, watching sixteen people shed lifetimes of pain and rise luminous in their essence, that I remembered: we can return. I remembered something I had somehow known all along - that there is a way back to ourselves.
My own journey has been shaped by rupture and grace. By early heartbreak and the lifelines of wild nature. By a teacher’s steady hand. By the wisdom of the body, and by the whisper of the Great Mother.
And, perhaps most of all, by the people and experiences who have taught me how to stay.
Sometimes that learning has arrived in unexpected ways - through the wildness of nature, the joy of a visiting dolphin, or the simple magic of somatic play helping a bullied child find their voice again.
These have been my initiations. My silent curriculum.
They have taught me that I don't need to have all the answers. That sometimes the deepest gift we can offer another is simply to be there - to witness, to listen, to stay beside what is difficult, and to trust what longs to emerge.
For more than two decades, I have had the privilege of walking alongside babies, children and adults through their own thresholds - from the baby in the womb, to the child finding their voice, to the adult searching for a new way forward.
I don't see this as something I have mastered. I am still discovering.
Still becoming.
Still learning what it means to live this life with an open heart.

The Heart of My Work
This work is a devotion… a commitment to what becomes possible when we turn towards ourselves with curiosity, compassion and care. I have seen what can soften, strengthen and come alive when we listen to the wisdom of the body and the quieter knowing within us.
What I bring comes from more than twenty years of study, practice and lived experience. My work draws on pre- and perinatal somatic therapy, family systems, interpersonal neurobiology, transformative coaching and other ways of understanding ourselves and our relationships.
But beneath all of these approaches is something much simpler.
I am not here to fix you or tell you who you should be. I am here to meet you where you are, and to walk alongside you as you discover more of your own capacity for choice, connection, belonging and joy.
Whether we meet one-to-one, as a family, or in a group, I offer a steady place from which you can listen, explore and find your own way forward.

My Method
I weave together somatic practices, pre- and perinatal therapy, systemic family constellations, transformative coaching and a plethora of healing modalities to support deep, lasting change. My approach isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about guiding you back to your true essence, your innate sense of belonging, and your natural capacity for joy.
Together, we’ll work with your mind, body, and spirit to gently uncover and release patterns that no longer serve you. Whether in individual sessions, family work, or group spaces, I provide tools and support to help you walk forward with clarity, choice, and connection.
